First Tooth

Hunter's first tooth started showing itself yesterday. :] I didn't even know he was teething. I mean, he has been chewing on his hand (but he's been doing that for a long time) and drooling, but he hasn't been fussy. I am now going to knock on wood. We will see if these non-fussy teething continues.

Thanksgiving 2010

"Hot Stuff"

This was Hunter's very first Thanksgiving!

Not that he understands what was going on. Although, he apparently really has to catch up on world news, as i type this he is "watching" ABC World News. And he is actually yelling at the people.

We headed to my sister's mother-in-law's house (Meemaw Swann) early in the afternoon for our first Thanksgiving dinner (I swear we actually only ate one dinner, but attended two). We had a great time joking around, joking Jeremy, and playing outside with the kids.

After eating our dinner and hanging out for a little longer, we headed to Carl's Nana's house. Hunter was finally able to meet everyone (except Uncle Jeff) on his daddy's side of the family. We had a good time catching up with everyone (we hadn't seen some of them in over a year). We did our Secret Santa and we were able to stay until about 7:15 when Hunter started getting ready for his bath and bed (gotta love a routine :]... at least we knew why he was getting fussy).

I unfortunately did not have the camera on me while we were at Nana's. :[ But I think just about everyone enjoyed hanging out with Hunter Bud. :]

What We've Been Doing

It has been a while since I have updated. Here are some pictures to update you on what we have been up to.

My friend Tracee and I went to Williamsburg to meet up with a college friend, Amanda, and her son Greyson(who is a few weeks younger than Hunter).

Our sitter, Mrs. Cathy, likes to fix Hunter's hair for me. We have to put all sorts of lotion in his hair to help with his crazy rash. So don't worry, it isn't gel that is in his hair.

2nd Birthdays

Over the past 2 weekends, we had 2 birthday parties. One was for my niece, Molly; the other was for our "niece" Emma.

We had Molly's party at Mel and Jeremy's house. Natalie was able to make it down from Longwood and even Kristy joined us (our "adopted" sister). It was just a lot of fun hanging out with our family. We love our family. And Hunter's Aunt Ashley made Molly an awesome shirt. Thanks Ash!

Our dad did this to us (still does) and he now continues the tradition with Ryleigh. Ryleigh just hasn't learned the "I have to pee" "I'm pregnant" "I'm breastfeeding" tricks yet, haha.

Emma's party was at The Little Gym. The kids had a blast (TLG always throws the best parties, but I am a little biased :] ). I only have 2 pictures from her party :/

Halloween Fun

On Halloween, we went to Harry and Kelly's house for a potluck. Lots of friends joined us and we had a lot of food. The kids had a great time playing together. Hunter enjoyed looking lovingly at the two young girls and tried to make them talk to him. It was too cute. The kids lasted maybe 10 houses, but got some good candy. It was a great night. Thanks Kelly and Harry for having all of us over to your house!
